Ultra Low EMF - (EMF Under 3MG - 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels)
Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Our body reacts to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium, etc.). The pores of our skin open and discharge waste products shedding any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing and clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture, and color.

Interior Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the walls, bench, and floor with a damp cloth to remove sweat, oils, and dirt. Use a mild, non-toxic cleaner designed for sauna wood for deeper cleaning.
Glass Door Care: Clean the glass door with a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a vinegar-water solution. Always use a microfiber cloth to ensure a streak-free finish and avoid scratches.
Heating Panel Maintenance: Inspect the FAR infrared heating panels regularly for any signs of malfunction. If heat distribution appears uneven or the panel is not working correctly, refer to the user manual or contact customer support.
Ventilation Maintenance: Periodically clean the ventilation openings with a vacuum or soft brush to prevent dust and debris from obstructing airflow, ensuring the sauna performs optimally.
EMF Monitoring: Use an EMF meter to ensure the sauna’s EMF levels remain under the ultra-low 3MG threshold. If you find the EMF levels are too high, reach out to the manufacturer for support.
Control Panel Care: Wipe the digital control panel with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid direct application of liquids to protect the electronics and maintain proper function.
Lighting Check: Inspect the sauna's lighting regularly. Replace any burnt-out bulbs with the manufacturer's recommended replacements. Proper lighting ensures both functionality and ambiance.
Wood Preservation: To keep the wood in good condition and prevent cracking, apply a sauna-safe wood conditioner as recommended by the manufacturer, especially after heavy use.
Electrical Connection Check: Inspect the power cord and all electrical connections for wear or damage. Ensure the sauna is connected to a dedicated power circuit as specified in the user manual.
Avoid Moisture: Since the sauna is designed for dry heat, avoid introducing moisture, steam, or water inside the sauna. Excess moisture can damage the wood and the heating elements.
General Inspections: Regularly check screws, joints, and hinges to ensure they are tightly secured and in good condition to maintain the sauna's overall integrity and safety.
