Grill built in Stainless Steel to be fixed on the floor of an existing grill or on a countertop grill area. It has grill height adjustment by means of a wheel and steel cable and inclination to allow the fat to drip forward to a grease collection fitting. Grill with four interchangeable modules, each individual 8.66 inch wide section with different options allowing for the most suitable cooking method for each product. Optional ceiling tray to support pots or elements that need to keep heat or to place embers to obtain an upside cooking effect on the food, achieving an oven effect.
Opcional: skewers with module to hold them in place on the grill, "Achuras" section (round bar grill with less spacing in between), flat top griddle, vegetables griddle and V-shaped grill sections.
