Professional Modular Stainless Steel Grill for heavy-duty use, featuring grill height adjustment via a handwheel and steel cable, as well as tilting capability to facilitate grease drainage collected by a grease collector.

The modular grill consists of individual panels, each 8.66" wide, with various options to ensure the most suitable cooking for each product. It includes a foldable support countertop suspended by chains, a floor with refractory bricks, and a roof with a slotted tray for placing pots or items that need to stay warm. The sides of the grill can be covered with either metal sheets or refractory bricks.
