Limited Lifetime Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. (Golden Designs, Dynamic and Maxxus saunas) warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Order shipment preparation takes 3 days. Once shipped orders usually takes 2 weeks to be delivered. These are estimations; can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. You can always contact us to know the exact time once you placed an order with us. Have a look at our
