The SB Standard Patio Pet Door by Security Boss Manufacturing LLC has the functionality as well as the aesthetic appeal that can not be found in other utility inserts. 4 separate height ranges will ensure this insert can fit any patio door height. Has a lockable adjustable spring-loaded top that may be compressed from the outside, stopping potential intruders from doing so and entering your property.

A specialized design enables snap-on extensions to raise the height of the patio insert overall. Each extension lengthens the insert by 2 inches and locks firmly in place. A total adjustment range of 7.25 inches is produced by two extensions. NO TOOLS or DRILLING required for these rock-solid extensions.

The SB Standard Utility Pet Door is available in 4 pet opening sizes (listed in the table below), and each size is offered in 2", 4", 6", and 8" step-over rises. These step-over rises elevate the selected pet opening size to the required height, ensuring that your pet(s) can pass through without hitting the top of their back on the pet door or having to step up uncomfortably high.

An extendable brace bar that locks your door into place is included with every Security Boss Insert.

Glass Sizing

First, determine if your glass is compatible by looking for two characteristics.  First, look on the interior of your door; the frame around the glass should have a higher profile than the general surface of the door.  Second, there will also be screws around the plastic frame that hold the glass panel. 

If your door meets the above characteristics, use either method below to determine the size of your glass insert panel:

1.) Measuring by the Frame:   Measure outside to outside of the small frame trim around your glass, and select the size below that fits

• Medium: 21.75"W x 65.75"H
• Large: 23.75"W x 65.75"H

2.) Measuring the actual glass:   Remove the trim around your glass insert and measure the actual glass pane; select the size that matches your glass.

• Medium: 20"W x 64"H
• Large: 22"W x 64"H
