Kickback training on the A975 is done by standing on one leg with the opposite leg extended back with the foot planted on the footplate. The weight resistance from the weight plates loaded onto the machine will effectively work your glutes for a shapelier and better-looking butt.
The A975 features an adjustable chest pad that accommodates a full range of heights and leg lengths. The foot plate is attached to a lever with an angled plate post to fit an Olympic plate's 2" center hole.
